The Refund Policy
If it isn't for you.
Fourteen days, no questions.
1 · The window
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain, and you do not need to prove you deleted the file. We trust you.
2 · How to ask
Write to refunds@elba.works from the email address you used to buy Elba, and include your order number if you have it. A one-line message is enough.
3 · How long it takes
We process refund requests within three (3) working days. Paddle then returns the money to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it usually appears within five to ten working days after that.
4 · After the window
After fourteen days we don't offer refunds as a matter of course, because Elba is a single file you already have. If something has genuinely gone wrong — the program will not run for you, or you were charged twice — write to us anyway. We are people, and we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
5 · Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, including any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
