- · You bought Elba. You may use it, forever, on your own machines, for anything you like, private or commercial.
- · You may give away the one extra copy in gift/ to one other person. They then have the same rights you do.
- · Until the Change Date, you may not sell it, publish it, or hand out copies beyond that single gift.
- · On the Change Date — 1 January 2030 — Elba automatically becomes free and open source for everyone under the MIT License. No permission needed.
- · The bundled fonts (Crimson Text, IBM Plex Mono) are under the SIL Open Font License. See THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt.
- · There is no warranty. Elba is provided as-is.
